The FCK56 series CNC lathe features a bed constructed with box-shaped high-strength cast iron (HT-300) using one-piece casting technology. This precision machining center delivers exceptional rigidity, accuracy retention, and reliability for demanding industrial applications.
Bed Structure: 30-degree slant bed design facilitates efficient chip removal with separate coolant tank for leak prevention and easy maintenance.
Tool Holder System: 12-station servo hydraulic tool holder (optional powered turret) with 0.003 mm rotational repeatability and rapid 0.25s adjacent tool change capability.
Spindle Unit: High-rigidity structure with closed oil grease lubrication system. AC servo motor provides 11 kW power with stepless speed control and excellent low-speed torque for heavy cutting applications.
