Multi-layer process detection: including laser interference (correction accuracy), ballbar (roundness correction), spindle/motor dynamic balancing, hardness detection, noise detection, machine tool geometry accuracy detection, screw guide accuracy detection, tool change/processing detection, etc.

Laser detection: Renishaw laser interferometer is used, and all products undergo two laser tests before leaving the factory to calibrate the accuracy of the equipment and improve the accuracy.
