Standard configuration features a high-speed BT40-150 belt driven Taiwan spindle (8000RPM) with simple, compact structure offering high efficiency, low noise, low vibration, and excellent surface finishing. Optional spindles available at 10000/12000/15000 rpm.
Standard Taiwan hat type (16 tools) magazine offers low wear, long life, easy adjustment, and low failure rate. Optional 20/24 disc type auto tool changer available with tool change speed within 4 seconds.
Multiple controller options available including GSK, KND, SIEMENS, SYNTEC, and FANUC systems to meet various operational requirements.
What's the payment term?
Standard payment terms are 30% deposit by T/T in advance, with 70% balance paid before shipment. We also accept irrevocable letter of credit at sight, D/P or D/A.
What's the quality warranty?
We provide a 1-year warranty on all machines. For any defective parts under normal operation, we will replace them immediately at no cost.
What's the delivery time?
Delivery typically occurs within 1 month after receiving the 30% deposit, depending on product configuration.
